PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

I believe that by participating in case competitions, joining extracurriculars, and attending networking events, it has allowed me to apply my knowledge and skills in order to further develop as an individual. Because of this, I have always tried my best to take advantage of all the opportunities available and challenged myself to experience new things.

In the future, I hope to utilize these experiences to further challenge myself. There are endless opportunities that will allow me to expand my learning horizon. Learning does not stop when you get in the work field. If anything, you learn more, but you will never learn if you choose to stay in the safe zone. Seek new challenges and continue a life of endless learning.

I have always enjoyed being around people and making new connections. If you were to ever look at my calendar, you would probably see the days filled up with networking events, trainings and practices, and travelling plans. My career aspiration is to pursue the field of consulting, specializing in operational or strategic management. Travelling has always been of great interest to me, so I also hope to incorporate travelling into my career.

For the longest time, the thought of joining case competitions was a big no. Getting up in front of strangers and presenting a solution to them? No thanks! It was not until my first networking event that I realized: hey, I am now in university and should try something new, and competing in case competitions is definitely something outside my comfort zone. Once I started trainings and meeting many new students, I realized that there was no way I would miss out on future case competitions. And that is just the start...

Growing up, dance, travel, and teaching has always been a part of my life. Although I am no expert on penguins, these clumsy buddies have always been an interest of mine.

I believe that school is not only about studying from the books. There are so many opportunities in life that will help one grow as an individual, both personally and professionally. Our time in school is limited and we are told to make the most out of our experience. Take chances, try new things, go far, and make yourself even better than before. After all, that is what learning is about.
